Our Guest Speaker on Wednesday, August 10th is Sylnovia Holt-Rabb, Assistant Director of the City of Austin’s Economic Development Department. Sylnovia will provide an overview of the department, particularly as it pertains to funding for film, television, gaming, and other arts & media, among them the Cultural Funding and the Creative Content Incentive programs of Austin’s Cultural Arts Division.
Austin is blessed with a vibrant arts community, as well as numerous directors, writers, producers, agents, actors, and others involved in the Film/TV/Media/Gaming industries. We also benefit from engaged city leaders and proactive programs to support the arts.

The Network Austin Mixer extends our deepest thanks to our internationally celebrated guest speaker, Adam K. Roberts – choreographer, dance, voice, and acting coach, and artistic & musical director, as well as Jen Coy – teacher by day and musical actress any & every other times, on Wednesday July 13, 2016. Eyes were wide as Adam told us of a few things many even in the business didn’t know, and ears were treated to melodic demonstrations by songstress Joy.
