Once again we’re starting the new year off with bang with the first 2 months featuring panels of talent agents!
Network Austin Mixer can be counted on to present programs led by the best of the best with the most knowledge & experience in our business and in related fields for our industry. In keeping with that, at this month’s mixer our stage will be graced by a minimum 4 top talent agents, including:
☆ Jorge Elizondo, managing agent of The Atherton Group (TAG)
☆ Heather Collier, owner of Collier Talent
☆ Tory Christopher, owner of Tory Christopher Group
☆ Jessica Hovind, owner of Variant Talent
There may be more, so stay tuned by keeping up with us on our website, mailing list, and social media.
The talent agents will be introduced onstage at speakers showtime, initially providing a brief overview of their respective agencies and experience, after which the floor will open to Q&A. Non-represented talent is urged to bring headshots & résumés.
Instructions for Headshots & Résumés: Anyone not currently represented is encouraged to bring at least 4 sets (1 for each talent agency), with the headshot & résumé stapled back-to-back, for placement at a designated table upon arrival, preferably prior to the beginning of the program, so that each agent can have your submission package to review when they leave.
Note New Venue: There’s usually parking aplenty, but beware rush hour traffic. While we’ve been north of the river for years, now we’re taking a turn down south — but not far! After losing our mixer home suddenly twice in less than a year, we’re trying out the new Opal Divine’s Austin Grill inside the Best Western Plus @ 2200 S. IH35 in Austin, Texas 78704 on the IH35 frontage road just north of East Oltorf & East Live Oak.
